Gen-A-Coat is a miracle marriage of biotin and essential fatty acids. Formulated in a base of ground flax seed, each scoop (less than 1/2 ounce) contains 8 mg of biotin and over 3 grams of linoleic and linolenic acids which are essential fatty acids. Gen-A-Coat gives horses "hours of hand rubbed look" with just a little brushing. Safe alternative to liquid oils which, if not refrigerated, become rancid and destroy biotin and vitamin E.
